Do I need someone technical on my team?

It depends on the package. The done for you packages exist for people who do not have technical skills, or do not want to deal with any of it. We handle the full build in those cases. If you choose a lighter package and plan to run or extend it yourself afterward, some technical comfort helps from that point forward.

Does the video have to be me?

It can be you, someone else on the team, or a brand presenter who is not a real person. What it cannot be is someone who has not agreed to it in writing. Consent is collected and documented before anything is made.

What do I own at the end?

The approved project assets, the documentation, the prompts, and the custom configuration created for the engagement, subject to the licenses of the platforms used. Accounts stay in your name, and you can hand the whole thing to another developer without asking me first.
