Monthly Video, Done for You

Show up on video without stopping to film.

I plan, write, produce, caption, and deliver useful videos featuring you, in your voice, so your business can stay visible, answer questions, and follow up consistently. You approve everything. You do not have to record every week.

Monthly plans from $750 · One-time presenter setup from $1,500 · Cancel with 30 days notice

Nothing is produced from an unapproved script. Nothing is published without your approval.

A small business owner relaxed in her own shop, glancing at her phone while the month's videos are already handled
  • This week’s topics planned
  • Scripts ready to approve
  • Videos delivered

The videos your business needs are usually the ones no one has time to make.

  • The answer you have explained to twenty different customers.
  • The follow-up you meant to send while the lead was still warm.
  • The useful post that disappeared when the week got busy.

This service turns what you already know into a dependable stream of finished video, without turning you into a full-time content creator.

What You Are Buying

A monthly video operation, without hiring a media team.

You bring the expertise. I turn it into approved, ready-to-use videos in a simple monthly rhythm.

01

A plan built around real customer questions

We choose topics that help someone understand, trust, or buy from your business, not filler made to feed an algorithm.

02

Scripts that sound like you

I write the first draft. You approve, revise, or skip it from one page.

03

Finished videos featuring your AI presenter

Each video is produced in your approved likeness and voice, with captions, brand treatment, and the formats you need.

04

A consistent delivery schedule

Your approved videos arrive ready to publish. Posting can be included if agreed in your package.

Your partAbout 10 minutes a week.

Where It Earns Its Keep

Useful videos for the moments that move business forward.

The industry can change. The problem is usually the same: customers need a clear answer, a timely follow-up, or a reason to remember you.

An adviser walking a prospective client through a short explainer before the first real conversation Question received

Professional services

Explain the basics before you repeat them again.

Put clear video answers beside the services, forms, and decisions that usually create uncertainty.

Better-informed prospects and more productive conversations.

A contractor and a homeowner going through an estimate together at the kitchen island Estimate sent

Estimates and proposals

Make the quote feel explained, not merely sent.

Follow an estimate or proposal with a brief video that adds context, reinforces value, and tells the customer what happens next.

A more personal handoff without another appointment.

A couple at home weighing a big decision, with a short explainer helping them between conversations Still deciding

High-consideration sales

Stay helpful during a longer decision.

Send the right explanation at the right stage so prospects do not go quiet simply because they are not ready today.

Useful follow-up that keeps trust moving forward.

A customer at home watching a check-in video from the business that just did the work Job finished

Customer care

Keep the relationship going after the sale.

Use approved videos for check-ins, care instructions, renewals, review requests, and timely reminders.

More thoughtful communication without recording one by one.

A garden centre owner planning the season calmly, ahead of the rush rather than during it Season ahead

Seasonal business

Launch the campaign before the busy season starts.

Plan and produce seasonal messages ahead of time so the opportunity does not disappear into the rush.

Timely campaigns without last-minute scrambling.

You do not need all six. We start with the one repeated communication problem most worth solving.

Your Control Room

Approve a month’s work from one page.

Every script and finished video lands in one review queue. Choose Approve, Revise, or Skip. Nothing publishes until you say yes, and the whole review should take about ten minutes a week.

The Monthly Rhythm

Your expertise goes in. Finished video comes out.

  1. 01

    Plan

We choose next month’s topics from customer questions, business priorities, seasonal needs, and what worked last time.

  2. 02

    Approve

I write the scripts. You approve, revise, or skip them in one place.

  3. 03

    Deliver

I produce the videos with your approved presenter and voice, add captions and branding, and deliver them in the formats your plan includes.

No filming calendar. No editing queue for your team. No content emergency on Tuesday morning.

A Straight Answer

This is a strong fit when consistency matters more than becoming a creator.

Good fit

  • You or a trusted expert is central to why customers choose the business.
  • You repeatedly answer the same useful questions.
  • You want video working across your site, social channels, follow-up, or customer care.
  • You can name one person to approve the work.

Start somewhere else if

  • Your offer or message is still unsettled. Settle that first, then come back for monthly volume.
  • No one can approve scripts or finished work.
  • You want high-volume filler rather than useful communication.
  • You need a community manager to reply to comments and messages.

AI, Used Openly

Your presenter should extend trust, not borrow it under false pretenses.

Every custom presenter and cloned voice requires informed consent. AI-presented experiences should be identified appropriately, stay inside an approved knowledge boundary, protect customer information, and offer a clear route to a person when the situation calls for one.

  • Nothing is presented as a live human when it is not.
  • Presenter and voice consent is documented before production.
  • Nothing publishes without the agreed approval step.
  • Sensitive or consequential questions stay with a person.
  • Platform and usage costs are disclosed before you commit.

Questions

Asked before booking.

How many videos do I get?
The plan includes four finished videos a month for $750. The first payment also covers the one-time $1,500 Brand Avatar Starter Pack. If you need more than four a month, email dave@daverosemill.com and we will set that up.
Will the videos sound like me?
That is the point of the setup and the approval step. I build from your real language, your examples, and your point of view. You approve every script before it becomes a video, and your early edits shape the drafts that follow.
Do I have to film anything?
One guided recording session, once, to create your presenter. After you approve it, the monthly videos are produced without you going back in front of a camera.
Do I have to pay for setup?
Yes. The one-time setup starts at $1,500 and creates the presenter, the voice, the visual formats, test videos, and the workflow the monthly service runs on.
Can you publish the videos for me?
Yes, when publishing is part of the agreed scope. Otherwise you get ready-to-use files in the formats your channels need.
Can I stop?
Thirty days notice. You keep the approved assets and every finished video already made, subject to the licenses of the production platforms.
What if I dislike a script or a video?
Request a revision or skip it. Nothing publishes without your approval. The number of revision rounds included is stated in your package so nobody is guessing.
Is this only for social media?
No. The same presenter supports website explainers, proposal follow-up, customer education, seasonal campaigns, onboarding, and anything else you approve it for.

The Next Step

What would consistent video take off your plate?

Four finished videos a month, in your voice, without you filming any of them. You approve everything before it goes out.

If AI video is not the right tool for the problem, I will say so.
